Deb-El Foods prides itself on its commitment to
quality, having a testing laboratory on site. All egg products and
raw materials are tested for chemical, physical and microbiological
standards. The laboratory and personnel are certified by the U.S.D.A.
, FSIS branch of government. Comparative testing is also performed
at two commercial independent laboratories to collaborate results.
All manufacturing is guided by FDA’s,
Good Manufacturing Practices, Certified HACCP plans and USDA’s
continuous inspections. Kosher rabbinical certification is under
the Orthodox Union. Independent third party auditing is conducted
annually by AIB International and Cook and Thurber Company. A “superior”
rating has been routinely attained.
