 PECAN DROPS
 


(Yields 3 dozen cookies)

4 tspns Just Whites
¼ cup of warm water
1 cup brown sugar – lightly packed
1 tspn vanilla
2 cups pecans, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Beat Just Whites and water until stiff.

  3. Fold in the sugar, vanilla and pecans.

  4. Drop onto pans sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.

  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

  6. Let cool on pan for 2 minutes.
